Do not give these people the opportunity to ruin a birthday, anniversary, funeral, holiday, etc. Tried to send flowers to mother in texas- paid approximately $30 to make sure it arrived in time for her birthday. That was THREE WEEKS AGO. When I checked on the order, a week ago, they made an excuse that the florist in Texas couldn't be reached (why is it in your database, then?), and actually gave me attitude and the texas phone number and told me to call it myself. A week later, still no word, update, or flowers. I call them and they blatantly lie to my face and say I cancelled the order. I am not a difficult customer, never have been. I sympathize with people in customer service, because I'm in the field myself. THIS WAS JUST HORRIBLE. At least they are going to give me my money back. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
