Rik, I'm not a sports guy, but I know the metaphors. I love it when a merchant takes the handoff & runs with the ball. In today's world, the consumer's sincere suggestions, way too often, fall on deaf ears and are rewarded with a mumbled, conciliatorily, smug and insincere "Hey, maybe we'll look into that suggestion", the 2017 equivalent of "Thank you for sharing." Not very helpful. My wife, son and I sat on the floor waiting for someone to help us. The man they sent to wait on us seemed frustrated with his job and was not interested in answering our questions concerning the purchase of a violin. We bought the violin, but I don't plan to ever go back.
