Fantastic foods especially steaks, seafood, pastries,and just everything in general. A bit more expensive but very much well worth it. Love their king cakes during Mardi Gras!
I love the "Fresh Market " however, the overall selection and quality have gone down. I think they should have stuck with their original concept. Hopefully they will return to their roots.
I think this place is good. Love the sales they have on certain items. Also the young cashier is really nice to me. Puts a smile on my face every time I see him.

Ingles has a terrific selection of Health Foods. A really good place to shop.
I simply asked one of the ladies in the vitamin section if they had a certain brand of vitamin and she was very rude and snippy. I've had this happen with one other lady at this location. They will come up and ask if I need help. Then when I ask a question they act as if I'm really putting them out. RUDE.
This is a great place to shop, it will save you all kinds of money! I wish they would extend their hours! Don't forget to take a quarter for buggy rental!
