Bad experience here - so many things to list.Being misled by sales in regards to aftermarket parts to the service department not following through on a simple request - instead I get ridiculed and talked down to. Was told I was 'neglygiant' with my bike. Bike was cutting out on road. Had previous warranty issue with 7 miles on the odo (gear mech stuck in third), panicked when it was cutting out so I took it to the dealer for help. Instead I got blasted and the was not helped at all. Was told the issue was with the aftermarket parts. I got FMF and Doebeck Performance involved and they said the issue was the bike, not the parts. Returned bike after being insulted and ended up finding out that the spark plug boot was loose causing it to shut out. Why didn't they check that first? This is my first bike and it had warranty issues. Yes, in panicked and immediately brought it to them. Was assured if it was a 'stupid' fix, they would take care if it. Instead get treated like crap. NO MORE!
Bought a touring bike from these guys back in 2007 and have had it serviced there since. I don't shop a lot in the store but went in to buy my wife a Christmas present. The girl (Kim) in the apparel department remembered my name from 2007! She helped me with my wife's present plus a bunch of other gift ideas for my Christmas list. Spent way more than I planned.Looking for ideas and good down home peeps that know their stuff. Make this a Must shop stop.
