We are so glad we chose this for our wonderfully delicious breakfast on Sunday! This was our first visit and it will not be our last. The wait was shorter than initially told, the service superb. The fruit preserves were a super tasty indulgence on the sourdough bread. Our breakfast plates were savored for each bite. You can tell the chef pours his love into each dish. The fresh squeezed orange juice topped our meal off. Congrats on a culinary success! We are already planning our return!

First off, our party of 9 was seated with only 4 menus. The coffee was lukewarm at best. We waited an hour for cold, uncooked food. The eggs that were supposed to be over medium were so raw there was no way I was going to eat them! One in our party waited for food that never came. The waitress was told about it. After everyone else had eaten and she brought the checks, the waitress just said,"oh I took that off your check because they ( the cooks) never put it in the window". This person waited for this item to eat with her meal! It wasn't the waitress's call to just not give her what she ordered! Very unprofessional! In the hour that we waited, she came to our table once. It was not busy. She had one other table. The amount of people in the whole restaurant should have been easily managed by both wait staff and cooks. Do not waste your time, money, or take the chance of getting sick from under cooked food!
Service and food have always been great! If we go Saturday or Sunday, I expect to wait!
I just read the bad words of the three previous reviews. Quite honestly I don't agree with any of them. My wife and I have breakfast there (Merchants Dr.) 5 days a week, Monday through Friday. We would go there Saturday and Sunday, however we don't like to wait. I believe the ones who bad mouthed IHOP were just looking for a free meal, which is the case most of the time when people complain so much. If you do decide to try it, ask for Ben, or Farrah. Ben is off on Thursdays. I highly recommend IHOP on Merchants Dr. Lee
we waited forever to be seated then I had to ask the manager why was everyone going b4 us. then it took forever to get our food. think they need some organization and help. be prepared for a long wait.
