Willn't answer the phone when they are open customer service sucks outrageous prices on their phones
Very great service especially the asian girl..i think her name was suzuki. they were all very nice. they fixed my phone very quick and works great.
They are very helpful, they fix my phone within 30 minutes, and they give me tempered glass for free My phone working perfectly fine .
They had my case. no one else had it and I found it here..Great service. They were very helpful and polite.
Sold me a defective phone and now they won't talk to me about it. 3 weeks old and the volume control is nonexistent. I now have a new phone that is unusable with headphones and a brand new case of tinnitus. Oh, and personal health risks aside their customer service is TERRIBLE!
Bought a phone case for more than I wanted just because I couldn't find one somewhere else. But the service itself is alright.
So frustrated. I bought an Otter Box for my Samsung Galaxy 4. It was defective. The buttons over the power and the volume wouldn't always make contact. I'd press down, no response from phone. I go to get my money back and he said he only does exchanges. I explained that no one had mentioned this to me at the time of sale. Not once! Not verbally, not on the reciept, not on the case. I exchanged it for a Slim Armour. He did not refund the difference. Otter Box is $40 and Slim Armour is $20. He gets to keep my extra money, and he will resell the other case as well. Horrible, sorry excuse for a businessman.
