We go in for our appointment with the CPA and secretary says he should be in a moment. We waited for a good 15 to 20 minutes and still nothing. So the secretary came in and said he is on the phone with the IRS and asked if we would mind if she got started with the process. He walked by several times and casually waved, but never came in to help or do anything related to us. Later I get a call saying the needed more paperwork to make sure everything is correct. I told them several times this is all have and so on and so forth. It seemed to turn into an argument at times, but it eventually got sorted out. So about a month later I mind you we got a call saying our taxes were ready to go over. They quoted me a lump sum of about $1,800 for my total refund. It struck me as odd considering I checked before we saw a CPA online with an estimate much higher than that. I told them it seemed off again the CPA was too busy to attend to us. The secretary said it was checked by multiple people and so on that, there was no way it could be wrong. That is when the CPA seemed to rush in and again quote there is no way it could be a mistake, but still, we seemed discouraged. We got up to leave, and that is when he said he would gladly like to make an appointment to go over everything in detail. We were already done at this point because he seemed to care so little before why should we waste our time and come back so that he can tell us we are wrong. So later that day I decided to Turbo Tax on my phone and went all the way through it just to see what I would get. Turbo Tax quoted me $3669. Not only that, but everything got sorted out significantly quicker. In the end, it got approved by the IRS, and I did not lose almost $2,000 by going to this CPA. I strongly urge anyone not to waste your time with this place because all they want to do is steal your money especially if they think you are too ignorant to question their judgment.
My experience here was terrible! The loan officer and his assistant do not communicate, I got duplicate questions everytime. On top of that everytime they asked for something I gave it to them within a hour an they failed to update their files.The whole process was WRONG and stressful!! What was wrong you may ask? Well hmm the closing date was changed a handful of times because the mortgage broker sent incorrect information to the title company, put the deed and title in the wrong name and failed to submit all documents.I was given my "final" mortgage payment however at closing this changed! When I asked why he stated "i estimated your insurance premium". Why would he have done this when he had a final insurance dec page for over a month? Pure laziness is my guess!Whenever there were problems I would call and inform him of them and he would talk over me and make it seem like this is not normal and e has no idea what I am talking about. Lesson to learn for him is some serious customer service skills!The assistant sent me terribly rude emails after I complained. One which stated "I know you are going crazy but I need...." Are you serious right now? I am going crazy?!This place is a joke! I would not recommend my worse enemy to these people! Serious coaching is needed! Customer service is terrible! We pay them thousands to work our loan an they treat us like garbage and get away with it? I think not!

Called the bank about getting certified funds on a check that one of their customers wrote us and the teller told me that it would cost us 3.00 and the funds were available, I drove 18 miles to the bank and when I got there the head teller told me that she could not give the funds unless we were a customer also. I told her that we were not told that on the phone and that I had driven a long way to get there and she said sorry, have a good day. I called back to the bank to speak with the manager Steven Brand and the girl told me that he was in a meeting and would return my call and he never called. If the customer did not have the funds, I understand but she verified that the funds were there. AND still no call back.
TERRIBLE SERVICE! My Dad took his papers the end of Jan. 1st of Feb. 2015. I just had to pick them up 4/10/15 because he had not done anything with them and did not plan to. We will now have to file an extension! Would not answer my many phone calls. Would NOT recommend. Save $500 by not using him! My 86 year old sick father has lost a lot of sleep over this! Should give NO stars!
Tom has done our taxes for many years. We moved out of state and he continues to be our accountant. We have no worries and they are done in a timely fashion each year.
Tom is a great accountant. He works with you to find all your deductions and is wonderful to work with.
