        Professionalism

        Don is a super reasonable man with the most affordable prices in the area. He is very professional, also very straight forward and will not lie to you if he thinks there's further problems. I personally respect that simply for thw fact that I have had other people in telling me things need completely replaced when all they needed were a 30 dollar part! But if it does need replaced (such as my ac unit) he's not shy to be honest! I would recommend him to anyone! As for the prior review, he is very busy as he has made an impact on our community by building relationships with all of our people.

        Can't remember...???

        Don was friendly on phone on a Sunday evening. Set up appointment for him to come to my house to repair a/c following day. He forgot to show up. It's now Monday evening & I've set up another appointment with him for tomorrow. I'm just not sure he's gonna show. Have high hopes especially since his quoted prices were low.
