Con artists! If you don’t continue to lease and turn in a vehicle they will take you for every penny they can get. I was hit with a $1,000 service fee, which is obviously nothing more than ridiculous. I purchased lease protection that added over $800 to my overall lease cost. This was supposed to cover any and all repairs once turned in. Only when I contested the figure did the associate leave, speak with someone in the back, then return and say oh yeah, your tires are covered so that takes off $300. So if I had not contested they would have charged an extra $300. Not to mention they are trying to charge me 700 for an oil change. If all of this is not bad enough they also want an additional $5,000 for over mileage. They say if I lease a new vehicle they can forgive this completely but if not, it’s out of their hands. If they have the ability to forgive in one instance, they could work with me on the other. But the associate would not budge. I was not late on a single payment in 3 years and the car itself is in beautiful condition. I took very good care of my lease car and they won’t work with me on any of these ridiculous charges. The worst customer service I have received period!! Not to mention their absolute incompetence in the service department. I had tires changed and they scratched several of my wheels. I had a graphic added to the roof and they stepped all over the plastic door jam without any protection. I received my car with dirt all over the plastic. I was lucky they didn’t scratch it. I expect from a premium company like Mini Cooper a certain amount of professionalism and customer courtesy. This dealership lacks both. I will never lease from them again and likely will never lease from Mini Cooper. Thanks for turning away a loyal customer!!
Frankie Howell was extraordinary. She was wonderfully patient guide in working with my husband and me as we explored our needs and desires in a vehicle. She confidently directed us to a vehicle that meets our individual needs, no small feat! Her attentive listening and ability to comprehensively answer questions was really appreciated by us both. purchased a brand new car on July 3rd from FLOW BUICK wiston -salem . notice the bumber cover was loose . Flows service shop send me to FLOWS body shop on Friday the 7th to get it fix, Instead of fixing it like it came for factory. they just glued it and brund it to me with the paint yellowed. Said the cleaner yellowed it. New car has a 4 year 50,000 warranty. but I get a year on a glue job. Would like to give them a negative star.

Flow Honda Body Shop is the best! This is our third experience in needing Flow's help with minor collisions and each was handled in complete professionalism. The handled are claims efficiently and arranged rental cars and made each experience easy. Quality of work and completion time of job was excellent! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!
I live in Durham but had heard good things about Flow so I drove an hour and half to get a small repair done on my Audi A5. After 2 weeks, I was told that the repairs were complete, the car had been checked by a technician, and it was finally ready to be picked up. I once again drove an hour an a half to Flow and within a few seconds of pulling off the lot found that the wheel was crooked (I had to hold it at 1:00 position to go straight. Putting the wheel straight would have sent me into a wall). When I walked back in and brought this up with the staff (having them drive it so they could see for themselves) I was told that they must not have fully checked that it was working. The kicker was that meant I would need to drive all the way back an hour and a half again in a day or two to pick it up after the wheels had been re-aligned.When you're paying top dollar you expect a job well done, not a car with visible flaws. Do yourself a favor a save yourself the headache of Flow motors.
Over priced for service issues. They don't keep parts in stock so when they order them they want the customer to pay for the shipping and handling quicker. Even tho they know what the problem is today they can't get the part in to fix it unless I pay extra so they are going to hold my car for almost 2 weeks. I really feel they're over pricing me because I recently moved to nc from up north and they figure they can charge me extra since I'm not originally from nc. If I could give them minus stars I would. They're company and price gouging sucks. Don't ever do business with them
