Long standing business. There when you need it. I was waiting for a tow truck for hours at my house and it never showed up. The agent actually came out and changed my tire for me. This is above and beyond service. Recommend

Back in 2009, this company seemed pleased to have my business, but the spark is now gone! My deductible increases every year and my premium is creeping up too...even though I haven't had any claims. When I called to tell the agent that I would be changing to another company, he didn't even ask why! If my name were on the door, I'd like to think I'd be more concerned with losing business. I definitely would not recommend this business to anyone I know.

thanks to state farm, i was able to get a quote for my car when i was buying a new car. i was at the dealership and i needed to have full coverage. i called them up and was able to get coverage so i could buy the car.

this agent's office was helpful and very friendly. I was in a jam and i need coverage for my business. they were able to help me in a hurry plus I thought they did a good job with going over the coverages that i needed and didnt need.

I recently moved to the area from MA and needed insurance for my house and cars. Being in the main shopping center where i get groceries, i stopped into see the agent. It was one of the more positive experiences i have had in dealing with an ins company. The staff were some of the most friendly people (maybe its southern hospitatlity) and they were able to help me get what i needed. I value customer service when it comes to a comapny. They went above an explained the coverages to me so i understood what i was buying. The agent was really nice and professional too. I was impressed and would recommend this office to coworkers.
