My husband is on SS disability with a fixed income and went to Rick Avey to buy a car in March of this year. We told Rick we needed something reliable as we can not afford a high repair bill. We purchased a 2001 Saturn at the beginning of March and about 2 weeks later noticed a major oil leak and had it checked out. Went in to talk to Rick to see if there was a chance he would help and he was very rude about it. His response was no. Car also has some other mechanical issues that would cost us alot. We had no choice but to give the car back and have no transportation. Do not buy from them. They sell lemons.

Rick Avey's Auto Sales is the most dishonest business I have ever encountered for anyone looking to buy a vehicle stay as far away as possible. Rick Avey disgusts me. His car dealership sold a 2002 Cougar Mercury to a first time car buyer that was trying to prepare for college by getting a more fuel efficient car. This first time buyer is an high school honors student that is planning to attend University if Oregon in the fall, he also goes to school full time at Mazama High School works a full time and part time job. Rick Avey sold him a car with a blown out engine, the car ran fine the day of purchase but 3 days later it stopped running completely. When the car was taken to the mechanics they explained how Rick Avey's Auto Sales ripped him off. Now this first time 18 year old high school student living on his own with two jobs is short almost $4,000 and does not have a vehicle to get him to school or work. Anyone this shady should have 0 customers. — at Rick Avey's Auto Sales.
