Have register before you know the price, I will go elsewhere.
I only give 1 star because you have to give something; there is no negative stars I had made a reservation online for my travel to Klamath Fall ; having Discover Card I never buy insurance and declined it when I made my reservation. The day before my travel, the agent called me to let me know that he will leave the car keys and the paper work in the drawer at the airport counter, as the flights to Klamath Falls expected at 11 pm were severely delayed for the past few days due to the weather, and he didn't want to wait at the airport as I was the only client that night. I confirmed everything over the phone with him and gave him my credit card he asked that I signed the agreement and leave him a copy in the drawer. Once I picked-up the keys and the agreement,I signed the original agreement and crossed over all the Loss Damage Waiver at $27.99 a day and wrote clearly declined on the paper work, crossed as well the estimated optional charges for $83.97 and wrote NONE next to it. All of this is clearly written on the original agreement I left at the counter, and on the copy I have. When I returned the car at Medford, no one at Budget was at the counter and I was directed to leave the keys with Avis next to them. When I saw the charge for the insurance, the agent advised that I call the 541-885-5421 and dispute the charges as she was not working for Budget and couldn't help me. Which I did a few times without hearing back from anyone; at last on 3/7 I was told I was credited. When I checked I was only credited for $59.00 which was listed as a GPS I never ordered, however the $111.96 hasn't been settled yet. And customer service is sorry that they cannot help me as the case is closed because they have already credited me???
