Vista clinical has changed everything i know of labs. I thought they were all the same, you know the nasty yellow walls, uncomfortable odd color chairs long waits. I have been to labs like this all my life. I was reffered to vista clinical by my DR. who says he has also searched and searched for the qualities in a Laboratory that Vista clinical possess. We have both found the facility we will use for any and all our labs from now on. He always has my results on time and always accurate. I am always in and out of the comfort of vistas lobbies quickly. Vista clinical is the best in Laboratory sciences.
Just walk in today for X Ray. Worry about the negative comment since my Mom can't wait for long due to spine surgery. It is crowded about 30 people in a small room. Clerk told me we have to wait about 1:30 to 2 hrs and we have no choice but waiting. But after 40 mins we are done included a CD for doctor. Not bad at all. Maybe somebody has a bad day but with us this is a very good experience with this location. thank you to the X Ray technician (he was very nice)
It has been some time since I have seen the values, and quality kept like this facility. I have been in many laboratories for many test but none quite like this. The lobby I sat in was nice, I was immediately greeted with very confident, outgoing personel and I waited shortly, watching cable comfortable like being at home. Then the prodcedure was over quickly and painlessly. I will use this facility again and would trust them with other members of my family.
I had the best experience giving blood at Vista Clinical they truly know how to treat their patients and make them extremely comfortable. I mean there lobby is beautiful they have a tv I want in my house the staff and the staff wow amazingly well trained at their positions each part of my visit ran smoothly from start walking in the door to drawing the blood painlessly I will continue to use Vistas services.
Had a CT scan scheduled 2 weeks out then day before appt my insurance was still not approved for visit, I had to reschedule for 2 weeks more in May, can't believe they didn't take care of the insurance prior to my appt.
Service wait is exceedingly long radiological tech needs to use active listening skills. Front desk were friendly.
Very nice lady after I got to talk to someone. Took care of my questions.
