I have been trying toget thru to this branch to obtain a post office box so I can change my address to get mail when we come down to spend the winter. Since 11/22 i have been calling 407-846-2513
listed on the web page. The line has been busy for more than 20 of my calls. This morning I was given another number 407-846-7945 which I called over 10 times without anyone answering the calls. What gives? Is this what our taxes pay for?

The service is very bad at this location. They always mess up with my packages. A month ago, I sent two Priority Mail packages to Chicago and the packages ended up in San Juan, PR. It took me 6 days to get the packages delivered to Chicago. Then I sent 2 more packages and one package ended in zip code 60607 in Chicago and the other ended at a different post office. I really don't know what they are doing?

no, this place does not deserve a 5 star they deserve a 0 because you have no idea theh hell I have been dealing with when it came to sending or receiving packages, they either disappear out of the face of the earth or I will get packages and they will sit in the back and the lovely carriers don't bother to write a note to let me know. I am very furious that a very important package was send back after it sat there for 10 whole days and no notice..very sour workers both driver's and customer services.. I recommend going else were where the people actually appreciate their jobs..
