He preparado mis impuestos con RC tax por mas de diez anos , son muy prfesionales y amistosos. Se toman el tiempo necesario con cada persona para no cometer errores.

My experience was really disappointing. I made an appointment 2 weeks prior to see David because my friend referred me to him. When I called to make an appointment and I asked the girl at the reception how far is it from my location, she said only 10 min. Well I am a busy person and I had to rearrange my schedule when I found out it was 45 min away. I would be happier if she said she didn't know. Then when I finally arrived at the office I was told by the same girl that David went to see a doctor an hour ago and she didn't know when he would be back. She tried to call him but he didn't answer. She said there was nothing she could do to help me and it wasn't her fault. I just don't understand if I made an appt why nobody tried to contact me to let me know that David went to see a doctor? This is not the way business should be conducted. I am beyond frustrated that I wasted so much time and got nothing done. I would never go back to that office on Osceola pkw
