Love My Phone Repair

I took my ipad at 1030am to repair my cracked screen . I was quoted 100.00 then I was asked what color whit or black for the frame I wanted white because that is the original color. Fine I proceeded with my day. I recieved a phone call at 2pm .. 3.5 hours later stating that they do not have white so my options are black or come back when they have white in stock. Now please tell me how inconvenience this is so I asked for a discount of some sort due to them not having what I wanted in stock and for calling me 3.5 hours later instead of calling way sooner. They bluntly said NO . So rude not even a tax break. They need better customer service and need to know when your in business. Your suppose to satisfy the customer by all means. Oh and btw they are super overpriced with all they sell. Jesus is one of the employees.. I wish I had read thr reviews on here. Because I would have NEVER given them any business.

BAIT AND SWITCH! Asked what price I got online, and they said it would be $10 more, but gave no reason. Then did all the check on my phone, said it was good, just needed a new screen. After I leave, I get a call saying they ‘forgot’ to check my battery, and now my charging port is broken. I charged my phone that morning with no issue and brought it in with full battery. They asked if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it and charge me. I said no, not to work on my phone at all. When I got back to the store, my phone charged perfectly fine with my Apple charger. They are a FRAUD and just trying to get as much money as possible. SCAMMERS!

If you looking for terrible service and people that are just trying to get you in and out and make you spend more money than you wanted go to Apple, Best Buy, or Ubreak it We fix it. If you real quality service and knowledgeable help that won't make you feel like you just bought a new windows go to LOVE MY PHONE. BEST SERVICE AT GREAT PRICES. Plus they know exactly what they are doing.

Absolute crap I've been there twice to get my iPhone screen fixed and the first time I got just a new screen. Dropped it once and it shattered. Went again and got a new screen, protective glass, and even an iFace brand new case which they said would protect my glass. Well it didn't. My screen popped right out and broke the display. DO NOT GO THERE!! It is a rip off. You get what you pay for. Cheap prices, cheap product.

I went to this store to fix my iPhone screen and they fixed it. The problems was the product they sold me was cheep and charged me regular price. The screen broke on its own with less then 24 hours. When I went back they said I messed up my own screen. That was impossible because it was in my pocket. Don't buy nothing from this store or get any replacements here.

I visited this place while on vacation in Orlando because I needed to have an iPhone 5s screen replaced. Not only was this the cheapest price around, the store set up is nice, customer service was excellent and I had my screen replaced within 20 minutes. The employees were very nice and I would definitely recommend this to everyone! Best in town by far!

Read the reviews and went anyway. Took a nexus tablet and an iPhone 5S. Nexus had to be ordered and I was provided with a tracking number the next day via text. The iphone 5S was done within 30 min. Respectful technicians and Jonathan helped as much as he could.

This guy gives New Yours a bad name! He sold me a car charger ( it worked once ) ! And a water proof case that people could not understand what I was saying !! He never told me when he sold me this stuff that I couldn't get my money back if they didn't work ! I live over an hour away & when I called he tells me I could only get a store credit !! Why would I want to buy anymore of his junk !! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE !!!

Purchased a car charger for my cell phone. Did not work. Made phone not work with any charger. Had to reboot phone to charge. Attempted to return and was told they do not return any items. Had to trade. Will not do business here again. Rude salesman. Rip off.
