I went in because i needed to re open a divorce case and there needs to be some paper work filled out they charged me $150 to fill the papers and have them done in one week. I went in the 3rd of the month paid and left my papers and info there. After a week i called to see if everything was good and ready for me to be picked up the lady said no its not ready to give her until the 15th to do them. I had a really busy time with my schooling and wasn't able to go pick them up until the 23rd. I came in there was a different lady and i asked her if she could give me my papers i had to explain my case again and she said that the other lady that did my papers had no started to do them until the 17th and they weren't even ready when i went the 23rd i asked her to give me back my money so i could go to a competent company to do them. Just that hurt her ego so much she was so upset that i said that didn't even apologize for unconvincing me but then said that I was the one who needed to understand them and that i was insulting her. I left and told her to have my papers done by the 29th or i was going to sue them. The 25th i got a call from the owner of the company, mind you this is just a local business just one office with like 3 employees, she was very condescending and told me i was rude and out of line and that if i was going to sue to go ahead. Never ever did she say im sorry for taking so long didnt even let me explain what her incompetent employees did not do and how they treated me. She said she had done my papers and to pick them up, i had told them the second time i went that it was very hard for me to drive 45 minutes and waste my trip. I told her i would since they did not want to give me back my money. I went in the 29th to pick them up when i got there the lady said that my papers had been mailed to me. At this point i was fed up with the incompetence and lack of professionalism this people have. I demanded to speak with the owner since it was her that told me to come in because "it was my responsibility to pick them up and sign paperwork" the employee then told me that the owner would not answer to me because she had a doctors appointment and then kicked me out of the office pushing me and shoving her nails in my arm. I told her to keep her arms off of me and then she said OK i will call the police which was better for me. If you want decent service please use another company.

I came in the 3rd of the month left my paperwork and all the info the lady told me she would have it ready in a week I called a week later she said it wasn't done to give her 3 more days I had an emergency and came a week and a half later to pick up my paper work it was the 23rd now and some other lady told me it wasn't done I was not happy and i said "can I have my money back so thst a competent company can finish my work on time" but since they would not give me my $150 back I had to come back for it. The next day I got a call from the owner telling I wss insulting her employee and that I could sue all I wanted bring it on that my papers were ready to pick them up that was a thursday that friday I could not go in such short notice I went monday and guess what my pa pers were mailed to me no one called to let me know so I would not drive 45 minutes fot nothing again I was very unhappy and asked to talk to the owner since she specifically said I had to sing papers but then mailed it. .. the employee kicked me out of the office dug her nails in my arm and since I insisted to talk to the owner she called the police unfortunately all I can do is inform the public of this joke of a business.
