Overall

This hotel been the worst hotel I ever stay in from the front office to how dirty is the facility to the company that book the hotel for me (JD Reservation). No customer service, and some of the rooms have mod they don't know how dangerous is the mod and what mod can cause. I have been trying to get the ownership company for this hotel and no one have give me the right info. I don't recommend to stay at that location just to save a few dollars this is a no star hotel.

Worst Hotel EVER!!!

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I stayed here with my family the past weekend. The 1st issue was that I never got my wake up call and we missed the shuttle. The the refrigerator was broken house keeping NEVER cleaned our suite even after I requested it. I spoke with management before leaving which advised me he would refund my service fees which they refunded me back $15 and double charged me for the 3 night stay. $285 drafted my account twice. I called and got someone at the front desk that nonchalantly told me to call back then hung up on me repeatedly until he placed me on hold and never came back. I will advise anyone DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Disgusting. The room had bed bugs. The staff was cold rude

My first experience was to question the service charge. The reception starred and said quite firmly "it's in your registration confirmation". When putting my key in the slider lock it didn't work. I tried to call the front desk nobody picked up. I had t o go down back to the registration desk. Well I thought everybody has a bad day no big deal. That morning I was woken by a crawling bug on my leg. I squished it with my fingers. I check the web and it appeared to resemble a bed bug. I called the front desk and was met the maintenance man. While he was examining the dead bug I thought he knew something as to what the species was when he told me it's was too dry to have been killed 15 minutes ago. I asked him to please leave my room. When he didn't and kept talking I started raising my voice and pointed to the door. LEAVE! If you like rude staff ,bugs crawling, indifference and cold shoulders. And having ridiculous arguments with a morons. The Baymont Inn is for you.

We thought oh, it's only for 1 night... The longest night EVER !!!!!!!!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! GERMS AND DIRTY!! IF YOU HAVE ONLY 1 CHOICE AND YOU HAVE A CAR, SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!! The lobby is beautiful, but it is a trap! The rooms and hallways are nasty, smelly, and you won't feel safe or clean. The staff "pretends" to not speak English when you ask for something but they just don't want to help you. We had dirty towels, bed linens, we found bugs, and the refrigerator NEVER got cold. I have stayed at lots of hotels over the years but this one was the worst next to a hotel we stayed at in KY (recommended by the KY police) that we think may charge by the hour. Sorry I am going to stay AWAY from ALL Baymont Inns after this experience. There is a nice Holiday Inn down the street we should have stayed there and you should too.

Worst Experience EVER at a hotel................

Hotel looks nice from exterior. Lobby is beautiful. Front desk staff appears nice at check-in but if you have a problem, they are rude and have attitude problems. Elevator area is dirty, trash bags laying around, paint stains on wall. Only 2 elevators work and smell bad. Rooms are not condos...very small. Breakfast was cold cereal, bagels, toast or pastries. Not a hot breakfast as stated. Housekeeper did not speak english, very rude and left my door open all day. Advised front desk who laughed about it. Asked what we wanted them to do about it. Had money stolen from room. Had maintenance check the lock to see last key used. Took 2 days to find out that it was the housekeepers key. Staff still unconcerned. Asked for corporate number, staff waited 2 days to give us the number. Would not give us the managers name or any other information. To be classified as a Disney Good Neighbor Hotel, this hotel has alot of changes to be made. Would not suggest anyone stay here unless you have to.
