Horrible customer service!!! Mike is very disrespectful!!! Don’t buy from them!! They don’t care about the customer! Just the money!!
Terrible service. Many items are not priced. I saw many people working there but only one offered to help.....reluctantly. He did smile which was nice. Every time I asked a price on something, he had to go ask his manager. One particular item that had a marble top, which I knew might be pricey, he didn't even bother asking his boss, he just told me "it's probably out of my price range". I never even told him a price range? Who is he to assume I can't afford something? I was mature and kept my composure and told him to have a nice day but I don't see how that place stays in business? I just moved into a new home and they may have gotten a nice grand or so from me. Wow! Just wow!
This store has horrible customer service. I will never shop at this store or another forever 21 ever.
yo compre un overall en esta tienda el 8/17/16...a pesar que me gustaba me quedo un poco apretado y decidi regresarlo el 8/27/16. El recibo no lo encontre pero tenia el statement de mi cuenta de banco con el cual lo compre. la empleada de la tienda que fue la misma que me atendio cuando lo compre...me dijo que no se devolvia dinero solo se daba credito....pues me puse a buscar a ver si encontraba algo a cambio de la mercancia. A los 10 min la empleada me viene con la excusa que el overall tenia olor a cigarro....me dijo que hasta lo oliera ...yo ni fumo ni nada...y el overrall tenia todos los tickets habidos y por haber....pues yo no lo habia usado para nada....no le recomiendo este lugar para nada.....malisimo servicio y recuerde no compre nada si despues decide devolverlo.....no se lo van a devolver ni el dinero ...ni credito....le obligan a quedarse con la mercancia...mejor vaya a ross o marshall....o cualquier otra tienda que le permitan devolver su mercancia .....
great prices I shopped around they hade the best price on Ashley products placed the order was delivered in a week I am vary happy with my new furniture.
Ive passed by it a couple times but it looks like a very fun place to work around an energetic vibe with everyone the workers were all very well mannered and greeted everyone
I have been using Perfect Stitch for about 14 years and I would have to say In the beginning they were great. Now not so much, I have had things done twice in the last six months and on both time they messed up the items. Not to mention they don't even knowledge it was there fault. Customer Service sticks as well as the service now. I will be looking for some place else to go. Especially we they raise there voice at you, because they were wrong. I wouldn't even give tem a star if the site would allow me. very disappointed ......

We have hired them 3 times to do our embroidery on our company shirts but this last time was a fiasco ... We wanted to drop off 12/18/14 but they informed me that they would be closed for 3 weeks so we waited until after the holidays to drop off shirts so we could get them back in 7 to 10 days "which I think is too long of a turn around since they do all work onsite" When I picked up last time they had Raised there rates 75% on the names and Failed to inform us of the rate increase until I got the bill ...We called and tried to work it out but to no avail ,So in other words They're Fired ... They will no longer work for my company or any other company that we are associated with ... If you do Hire them for anything Big or Small make sure you get the Total Cost in Writing ...
