Horrible customer service!!! Mike is very disrespectful!!! Don’t buy from them!! They don’t care about the customer! Just the money!!
Terrible service. Many items are not priced. I saw many people working there but only one offered to help.....reluctantly. He did smile which was nice. Every time I asked a price on something, he had to go ask his manager. One particular item that had a marble top, which I knew might be pricey, he didn't even bother asking his boss, he just told me "it's probably out of my price range". I never even told him a price range? Who is he to assume I can't afford something? I was mature and kept my composure and told him to have a nice day but I don't see how that place stays in business? I just moved into a new home and they may have gotten a nice grand or so from me. Wow! Just wow!

Awful experience. Bought a loveseat from here and I didn't notice it had two small holes at the bottom of the couch until the fourth day. Called furniture depot to complain and they told me I signed the delivery slip and I should have noticed it upon inspection well I didn't. They told me I would have to haul the loveseat back to them for an exchange. I live 70 miles away and have no truck. I called the financing place and they told me they have had many complaints about them. They called furniture depot and straightend it out. A repair person fixed it and it looks great. Second issue they quoted me $164.00 for delivery. Well on my invoice it said $365? I called the manager and again he said I should have looked at the invoice more carefully and he did not give me any break on delivery. Third issue all male staff salesman kept calling all the female shoppers sweetie. I told him not to call me this but ignored me. number four issuee. Beside ordering the loveseat I ordered a sofa, chair, recliner and entertainment center with a fireplace. The recliner was on back order and I had to pick it up myself when it came in. They called and said it was in and it comes in two pieces and it will fit in my car. I go down there and they could not find it. They said someone probably stoled it. I just drove 70 miles to pick it up. Number four issue. They called and said it was in again I go down there and the manager explained how to put the two pieces of the recliner together making sexual references and laughing. I was with my 76 year old neighbor this was really embarrassing. I called the financing company again and complained again, they couldn't believe how unprofessional they were and they were going to call them and find out what is going on with them. Good luck if you go in there. It might be a good idea to know Spanish or bring an interpertor in because they could be talking about you and you won't even know it. You all have been warned with my experiences go somewhere else it will be worth it.
