Awful.awful.I got2 movies and a really nice purple bike just my size. I was happy because I was #2 in line.There was only two people in line and about 6 people behind the counter. The employees went out the back door. Except one.SHE seemed to be done with the lady in front of me. She looked at me but ignored me. I stepped up closer to the counter and tries to get the Spanish girls attention. She pretended like I was not there. A Spanish girl walked in the store and immediately the cashier spoke to the Spanish girl who just walked in. The young Spanish cashier waited on the young Spanish newcomer and old 56 year me left. No bike. No movies. Please shop at mega pawn on the corner of hoagland and 192. Mega pawn hires all races and is not racist by color or age. My favorite pawn shop,mega pawnshop

Please do NOT buy anything in this store, employees are very rude and not customer care oriented. I gave this store a 2nd chance and they are awful. Very little knowledge in what they sell. Honestly they are very bad with people and rude.

Even though this is a little pawn store they offer great service and are willing to talk and deal with out snubbing you.
