Has become the worst bank to do business with since Sarah has become branch manager. Previous managers were very customer oriented she is not. Her assuming branch manager of this bank resulted in every one of the tellers, some who were long term leaving due to her management style and customer care actions in charging NSF fees on pending charges on your account even though deposits by law are required to be credited before purchases posted on same day transactions. She does not comprehend that because your account shows up on the daily list they receive that your account will go negative, it does not go negative until the purchase actually post. Even when confronting her with screen shots of the account showing the account does not go negative she charges your account an NSF fee. This has happened twice in the last 6 months with no resolve of the issue. Having been one of the first to open an account with this branch a few years ago I am now looking for another bank to do business with, after doing business with this bank for a few years now and recommending them 16th o many others I no longer recommended doing business with this bank with Sarah as branch manager especially for those on fixed incomes.

There was a mishap in my account and an electronic check was issued twice and processed in two ways. The second was voided but the bank manager refused to credit the money back and the district manager would not call me. I sent notice to corporate w no response. The bill pay company they use called on my behalf to assure the check was voided and the manager told them she choses not to credit it. I called the 800 service and was told only my branch could fix the mistake but they didn't understand why she wouldn't. No follow through .
My husband and I were with Fairwinds for over 15 years when we decided that it was safe to finally open saving accts for our 2 boys. A couple years went by and my boys account had close to an about $200 each, until one day I asked for a receipt so I could combine my boys' saving accts together. But then in one acct there was $60 & $70 in the other acct left in my boys' savings. I asked for an explanation and the so call manager @ Fairwinds in Osceola told me they charged my boys accts $5.00 a month because the mailing address under my boys' accts was never changed. This is the same manager & bank who knew me and my family everytime we go in there but yet they couldn't tell us that we needed to change the mailing for my boys. What made it so wrong was the the fact that the mailing address had been changed for me & my husband though my boys' acct were directly under my acct. The manager said she couldn't refund my boys money because everytime they sent the statements to our mailing address for the boys' the statements were RETURN to sender. What in the world? I was very upset and closed all of our accts on the spot since the manager rather steal from children's accts then to correct mistakes that they made.
