I bought a 2017 Mustang GT Premium from them in December and in February and, after 1000 miles I took it to my mechanic and he I were shocked to see corrosion/rust in a lot areas of the undercarriage and suspension components. There are some areas that are normal to see surface rust but this was far beyond that. It was on brake line brackets, painted surfaces of suspension components, etc. This car literally looks like it sat in water. This was obviously sold to me like this, as there is no way this could have happened to a Florida car in that period of time to a car that is garage kept and driven locally. After many emails and phone calls I took it in and looked at it with the service manager and he confirmed that it was excessive, and we compared to another 2017 next to it and it was obviously excessive. He had previously told that per his warranty guideline this was not covered, and provided his guidelines. What he showed me did not match the warranty I received with the car, or what is available on Ford's website. He said my best bet was to report it to the BBB Autoline as that would force Ford to take a look at it. According to him if either he or I called Ford about it they were unlikely to respond favorably. I was then asked if I would be willing to trade it for another one, which I took as a even trade/swap. To add insult to injury they tried to offer me trade in price for my car to go towards another one, which would have been almost a $5000 loss for me (not counting taxes, etc.). What a waste of time and disappointment. So much for doing the right thing.To be clear I hold Mullinax Ford responsible, although they do not feel the same way. I feel it was like that when I bought it and they should have known better. Buyer Beware, and make sure to check the undercarriage of your car. The sad thing is I had recommended them to some friends, and had to take it back based on my experiences. I would give them a zero rating but I am not sure that is possible.
This Top Star auto has taken many $$$ from many people. The governing body of Florida is caching up to him. DON'T BUY HERE!!!!! NEVER PAY CASH!!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Gallery Auto. They have a great selection of clean,used cars. Their mechanic is on site that thoroughly services/inspects cars before selling. The staff makes you feel at ease,no pressure,as you find at most dealerships. If you are looking for a clean,used car at a fair price give them a look
I bought a car from them that broke 2 hours after the purchase and I paid cash for this car 8 grand to be exact they are liars and will take your money at any risk... they will be out of business here shortly

If I could give zero stars I would. Normally I drop my vehicle off talk to a live person and wait until I get called back. This time I specifically set an appointment for 1130 dropped my car off before they opened and placed my key in the night drop. When they opened I called and let the receptionist know where my key was since the service department never answers their call she said she would let them know. Called back at 1pm told I would be called back. Called back at 330pm to be told I would be called back again. To my surprise they had done NOTHING on my vehicle and stated they operate on first come first served basis even before appointments so it did not matter that I had an appointment. Thank you for being a typical dealership providing the worst customer service, using the excuse of there only being a few people staffed should not excuse your awful practice of disregarding appointments. The least this dealership could do is callback their customers when they realize they won't be doing what they promised instead of calling them back an hour before they close. Will not be bringing my vehicle back here.
