Worst experience in +25 years in WA, OR, CA and NY! Absolutely a nightmare! Diana Cole Nessly from Cole Property Management was our point of contact with this terrible company. She was NEVER available when we needed her to do something or even in urgent situations. She never got anything done in 2 years. For any single thing you have to call her +10 times (forget about email!!) and you eventually end up doing everything by yourself. She always finds an excuse for not doing her job. The only time she returns your call without a headache and 10 attempts is when you leave a voice message and ask about the account number or how to pay your fee to Cole Property Management. She was our property manager for almost two years in Kirkland, WA and everyone was unhappy, from building manager to treasurer, from board members to tenants and home owners, everyone was unhappy. We ended up doing everything by board members, home owners and volunteer tenants while we were stuck with Cole Management. We raised the issue several times and finally the board decided to terminate our contract with them after two years of headache and nightmare, we moved to another company which is not ideal but way better than Cole Property Management. After we decided to stop working with them, they made so much trouble for the new Property Management company and didn't cooperate at all. One piece of advice to people who read this note, don't waste your money and time with this terrible company, you will regret your decision!

I've been living at the Covey Ridge Condominiums for about 2 years, and I have to say that I am completely unsatisfied with my HOA. Whenever they have the car port roofs cleaned, they have a service blow and scoop all the debris right on top of the parked vehicles with NO warning, written or email or anything. The first time that this happened, I called Diane Cole and complained that I wasn't warned to move my brand new car. She was completely unapologetic, and acted like it was out of her control. It just happened again today, but luckily this time, I saw what was happening and moved my car before they threw a bunch of soapy mud and leafs on top of it again. :(I work very hard to be able to afford my $40,000 car, seeing people abuse it is infuriating to say the least. How hard is it to send out an email? Complete incompetence on Diana's part.
RUN don't even think about it. Diana is beyond unprefessional and condensing. Her father owns the company so she feels like she can be however she wants with people. Its horrible. Also she hires horrible contractors and are slowly running our property to the ground. We pay $350 HOAs and we have to deal with constant disrespect and no one to turn to when we have a problem. Our community is ready to make some serious changes! We're just waiting for the nest annual meeting. Here is a email we received from her recently. Keep in mind my husband parked his car in this spot at midnight the night before so we hadn't even have a chance to reach out to her before we got this nasty email (O and we had promotion from the people that lived in that unit we just weren't sure when we would need the spot) Also the reason my mom parks there is because that use to be a visitor parking but they recently redid the lines and totally screwed us. My father is also disabled and there is 0 visitor spot near our unit, so my mom uses the one she always has because there is NO reason why thats not a visitor spot. But thats just one of many issues we've had with them. No one listens to any of us or notifies us of anything properly. There is so many ways to deal with people and she chooses that ABSOLUTE worst. This email was sent to my husband. I just don't understand how anyone in business thinks this is okay
Donna & whoever else runs this company needs to take classes on providing better service. She hasn't any sense of urgency & actually, in my opinion, will drag her feet to make things more difficult for the person requiring assistance. She doesn't reply to her emails or phone calls in a timely manner whatsoever & in fact will disregard the questions being asked of her & the information you're requesting. Any information she's requested of us, she's received quickly but only to be told additional info was needed & we provided it but yet again was told more info was needed. It was like she was playing a game with us & we were at her mercy through each twist & turn so our simple request would be granted. I've never been so insulted & treated so poorly for no reason whatsoever. It's as if she's the landlord of our condo's when actually we pay her to do a job, one that she performs poorly. I'm looking into legal action now because she changes rules depending upon who you are & there isn't any consistency. She runs a very low rate business!
Just a quick note to express my gratitude for the work done on my behalf by your agent Brian Woolsey. He recently closed a short sale for me. The complexity of this short sale was increased by the fact that I live in South Carolina, and the subject property was in Tacoma, WA. Brian handled every matter of the transaction in a professional and competent manner. I've known Brian for many years, and regardless of the friendship we have, I would not have been able to use his services had he not been as competent as he is. It was his level of expertise, his knowledge of the process, and his optimistic can-do attitude that allowed me be confident throughout the entire process that it would come to completion. He made this transaction almost effortless for me, and for that I am very grateful. Brian is truly an asset wherever he is at, and as such, it is fitting that he works with your organization, Asset Realty Group. My many thanks to him, you, and anyone else at your company, who helped make this a successful transaction.
Just looked up related domains for firstname.lastname@example.org shown on the 2/20/2009 entry below. The domain is related to coleprop.net. It seems that this may be Diana Cole-Nessly writing her own review, which makes sense why she is a "happy customer". I'd steer clear of this management group, too many issues to list in this forum.
They were the management office for my Condos and they never once spelled my husband's name right, even after we wrote them a letter telling them of their mistake. We finally started rejecting any mail from them since they couldn't be bothered to do it right. I even called Russ personally and asked him to change it and he said, "I don't have time for this" and hung up on me. I can't believe they are still in business.
Fire them immediately! They deserve a negative rating because that is what you will get from working with them - increased dues, declining property values and perpetually declining financial situation. They perpetually increase their fees and add new fees. Grossly inept at building management and maintenance. Extremely negligent oversight resulting in wasted funds and shoddy construction. Construction problems re-done and still not fixed. Be prepared to be very manipulated. Totally untrustworthy.
