RUN don't even think about it. Diana is beyond unprefessional and condensing. Her father owns the company so she feels like she can be however she wants with people. Its horrible. Also she hires horrible contractors and are slowly running our property to the ground. We pay $350 HOAs and we have to deal with constant disrespect and no one to turn to when we have a problem. Our community is ready to make some serious changes! We're just waiting for the nest annual meeting. Here is a email we received from her recently. Keep in mind my husband parked his car in this spot at midnight the night before so we hadn't even have a chance to reach out to her before we got this nasty email (O and we had promotion from the people that lived in that unit we just weren't sure when we would need the spot) Also the reason my mom parks there is because that use to be a visitor parking but they recently redid the lines and totally screwed us. My father is also disabled and there is 0 visitor spot near our unit, so my mom uses the one she always has because there is NO reason why thats not a visitor spot. But thats just one of many issues we've had with them. No one listens to any of us or notifies us of anything properly. There is so many ways to deal with people and she chooses that ABSOLUTE worst. This email was sent to my husband. I just don't understand how anyone in business thinks this is okay
I've been living at the Covey Ridge Condominiums for about 2 years, and I have to say that I am completely unsatisfied with my HOA. Whenever they have the car port roofs cleaned, they have a service blow and scoop all the debris right on top of the parked vehicles with NO warning, written or email or anything. The first time that this happened, I called Diane Cole and complained that I wasn't warned to move my brand new car. She was completely unapologetic, and acted like it was out of her control. It just happened again today, but luckily this time, I saw what was happening and moved my car before they threw a bunch of soapy mud and leafs on top of it again. :(I work very hard to be able to afford my $40,000 car, seeing people abuse it is infuriating to say the least. How hard is it to send out an email? Complete incompetence on Diana's part.

Just looked up related domains for firstname.lastname@example.org shown on the 2/20/2009 entry below. The domain is related to coleprop.net. It seems that this may be Diana Cole-Nessly writing her own review, which makes sense why she is a "happy customer". I'd steer clear of this management group, too many issues to list in this forum.
They were the management office for my Condos and they never once spelled my husband's name right, even after we wrote them a letter telling them of their mistake. We finally started rejecting any mail from them since they couldn't be bothered to do it right. I even called Russ personally and asked him to change it and he said, "I don't have time for this" and hung up on me. I can't believe they are still in business.
