Donna & whoever else runs this company needs to take classes on providing better service. She hasn't any sense of urgency & actually, in my opinion, will drag her feet to make things more difficult for the person requiring assistance. She doesn't reply to her emails or phone calls in a timely manner whatsoever & in fact will disregard the questions being asked of her & the information you're requesting. Any information she's requested of us, she's received quickly but only to be told additional info was needed & we provided it but yet again was told more info was needed. It was like she was playing a game with us & we were at her mercy through each twist & turn so our simple request would be granted. I've never been so insulted & treated so poorly for no reason whatsoever. It's as if she's the landlord of our condo's when actually we pay her to do a job, one that she performs poorly. I'm looking into legal action now because she changes rules depending upon who you are & there isn't any consistency. She runs a very low rate business!
Fire them immediately! They deserve a negative rating because that is what you will get from working with them - increased dues, declining property values and perpetually declining financial situation. They perpetually increase their fees and add new fees. Grossly inept at building management and maintenance. Extremely negligent oversight resulting in wasted funds and shoddy construction. Construction problems re-done and still not fixed. Be prepared to be very manipulated. Totally untrustworthy.
