US Post Office

I am giving the postal service a one star based on a postal carrier that dlelivers to the Spring Arbor Facility.



I sent a card there to a friend and it came back to sender marker deceased. It is postmarked April 11. You can't imagine how I felt when reading that. After making contact with someone, I found out he was not deceased, but had moved to another location. I am glad I was not an older person with some type of heart condition that might have caused me some type of medical problem after first reading this.



I have worked for the USPS as a carrier and a UPS delilvery driver. You just don't make mistakes like that. You are sure of what you write down when something cannnot be delivered. Unable to locate would have been sufficient.



Better training and thought needs to go into this area. Obviously, this carrier was not engaged at thought at all.
