I have purchased several vehicles from Tony Tucker of Auto Pro in Kinston over the past few years and I have found that the service from day one was very easy, straight forward and fair. I have recently purchased another truck from him and plan on my next one coming from there as well. The easiest place to buy and a true walking mans friend. I would send anyone to see Tony at Auto Pro.
The staff is friendly willing to listen to what you are searching for give them a try you will not be disappointed.
They advertised a 30-day 3000 mile warranty but when you signed the paperwork they tell you As Is. They also have a 30-day 3000-mile warranty listed in the Bargain Trader but they obviously don't back. Had to service the car completely myself after they said it had been serviced. The oil was filthy and low. It was 3 quarts low on transmission fluid. Antifreeze was low. Air filter changed. They said they changed the spark plug wires but the call had to be replaced. The car ran great for 3 days only, now it is hesitating and sputtering. I feel like I was sold a bunch of lies and I paid cash for them. Go somewhere that actually services cars.
I recently purchased my first car. Lol must have seen the whole car lot but Andre stuck with me while I had a fight over desire v affordability. I'm satisfied I made the right choice opting for a used car.
Do not waste your time and money on a car that the so call mechanic patch back together. All I am going to say know your rights because they will try to get over by selling defects cars.
Purchased a 2006 Ford F150 and have did nothing but work on it since I purchased it. Found out that the motor in the truck is a used one. Mechanic thinks that the motor was deliberately put in the truck hoping it would last long enough to get the truck sold. The actual price of the truck was over $ 2000.00 more than what was listed in the ads. Scam
I would not waste your time going to this dealership. The customer service here is horrible!!!!!!! They are money hungry you know whats. Once you purchase a vehcile from here good luck getting your tags, getting your salesperson to call you back, or even getting an appointment in service. I even tried to call and speak to a manager to express my concerns, they would never return my calls as well. When you make a major purchase such as a vechile no matter if it was $15,000 or $75,000, you should be shown good customer service!
