        Love love love this salon! All the girls here are very knowledgeable and confident with cuts and color for all types of hair. Highly recommend this salon!!!

        I had never been to Kingwood before but knew I needed to get my hair done before an event on Saturday so I stopped in to Urbana. I walked in to this salon about 10 am on Friday and I had no idea the type of wonderful women I would meet and the true Southern hospitality I would be shown. The owner herself even sat and chatted with me and helped me make a decision on what style I wanted to go with. All of the stylists were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming; I felt at home in this salon! I will definitely make a trip back from Moore, Oklahoma to visit Urbana again!

        I love this place!! Great cut and color. Fun and upbeat atmosphere!! My husband also gets his haircut at Urbana. Diana is the best!!

        They will rip you off! Owner has no sense of customer service or satisfaction!

        They mislead you with a pricing list of 65 on up for one color processing.. then when they realize your hair is longer than average inform you it will cost a "little extra" (my definition of that is maybe $20-30)... ASK BEFORE THEY START WORKING ON YOUR HAIR WHAT "A LITTLE EXTRA" MEANS... My grave error was to find out, after the fact, that the stylist charged me more then twice the stated price to color my hair dark brown! Grand total for one color plus hair style was $190!!!! ($150 for color..nothing fancy no highlights or color correction!) I complained to the manager that I was astounded at this ridiculous mark up on my hair and she refused to offer me any discount or refund.. she made no effort to make it right...in fact, she said.., you should "consider this a lesson learned!" I was insulted! Save your money and do it yourself or find a salon that actually values their customers! I dont even want to give them one star...
