Pet ranch in Kingwood is a great place to get what you need for your pet! They have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to carry the things I ask for. The carry many of the top rated foods for my dogs. I've been shopping here for many years.

Went in to purchase my typical 10-lb bag of cat food, but they were out of the 10lb bag. I naturally recommended to buy (2) 5-lb bags for the price of the depleted 10-lb bag, thus preventing me to pay an additional $8 than I would normally pay for the 10-lb bag. They violated business common sense and Business-101 on how to keep and satisfy a customer. I opted not to pay $32 for two 5-lb bags and left the store. Bought the same $10-lb item online for $24, and free shipping with three-day delivery. Pet Ranch lost me--the customer--over their combination of greed and ignorant customer service business practices. They can now focus on trying to screw other customers who come in to buy cost-effective 10-lb bags of dog/cat food for $24 (that they are conveniently out of), and thus compelling unwary customers to buy the business' more profitable (2) 5-lb bags--or the same 10-lbs for $32!
