Ken Rex Plumbing & Heating

To purchase an item they are the best, but if you want service, go elsewhere. I purchased two dual lg monitor air/heat units from them. When they worked, everything was great. I had them cleaned/serviced, one unit was not throwing cold air. Two days later one dual unit didn't work at all, throwing warm air. Called service back, they cancelled due to truck accident, rescheduled, never showed up. A week later a younger repair man came back, worked for a couple of hours, then warm air again. Had to wait days before Ken Rex called me, but by that time I called another company to fix the issue. Parts are ordered and hopefully I will get some relief from the heat. Very disappointed with Ken Rex Service!
