Cassandra really rocks. She is the perfect car salesperson. She is cool and funky but she connected with this conservative senior. She remembered me from a simple phone call a year ago. I told her what I needed in a gently used car. She loves Hyundai and politely asked if i would drive one. I did and went back to Toyota. She never pressured me at all. She answered emails promptly, she worked with the loan app, When papers were signed she took me through all the levers and buttons in the car and even set up Bluetooth for me. It was such a great experience. I highly recommend Cassandra.

I totaled my old Toyota (which I got from this dealer as well) at the end of April. Having to find a new car relatively quickly, on top of healing from my accident was giving me a lot of anxiety. I recently purchased a used 2018 Toyota Camry.This is the first Toyota I have ever purchased.I was very pleased with the selection of used and new cars and their no haggle prices.I have been reading Consumer Reports for decades and im up on all the ins and outs of car sales and service.But the best thing was dealing with the salesman,Jon Hutton.I have dealt with Jon when he was with another dealership and my family bought many cars from him.So my experience with Jon was the best.(which I expected)He makes the customer feel at ease(very important),knows his cars inside and out and doesn't pressure the possible customer(also very important)I will be sending my friends and family to see Jon when they need a car.Side note.....My daughter bought a new Rav4 also from Jon and whole heartly agrees with me.Its been a pleasure dealing with Prestige Toyota and most all dealing with Jon Hutton again.

This past month I received a very fair trade on my 100K Tacoma and purchased another Tacoma. Amy Marnell was my sales associate who was on point, from attention to detail, knowledge of the brand name model, and timely communication. The free 25K oil change service is a nice bonus. The staff, from Tom in sales, Kyle the mechanic, Molly in pull up service, and everyone else you encounter is ready to assist in anyway they can. It is for this reason, I'm sure my next purchase will be from Prestige Toyota. Keep up the great work!

This was my first time buying a car from Prestige Toyota in Kingston. Dave Marrine was incredibly helpful and thorough with my purchase of a used Hybrid Toyota Camry. I told him he should teach classes on proper car sales. I've dealt with many car salespeople over the years, and he by far was the most professional and helpful salesperson I've ever had. It was worth driving down from Albany to buy a car from Dave Marrine at Prestige. A list of the things he personally did for me:1) Had the car cleaned and ready for the test drive. Met me at the door exactly on time.2) Was very knowledgeable about the technology and allowed for an extended test drive.3) Replied to morning e-mails/texts on his day off.4) On day of purchase, had everything ready, and made sure process was quick and efficient.5) Dave Marrine discounted all-weather cargo mats I purchased. He installed them himself and personally repaired a trunk-hinge cover. 6) Dave Marrine personally got a cloth and buffed out minor scratches I noticed on the day of pickup.7) Dave Marrine went over all the features and various options of the technology within the car, making sure I was set up in Entune on my phone, and Bluetooth was properly linked. He patiently went over and explained every nuance. No car salesperson had ever done this before with me, let alone be thoroughly knowledgeable about the car.8) Dave Marrine set up the free 5,000 mile oil-change appointment, and promptly replied to any follow-up emails/messages.A total peace-of-mind transaction. I won't say all Prestige salespeople will provide the same service, since I only dealt with Dave. I'd definitely recommend asking for him. Buying the right car is a complicated process, and having a helpful salesperson really makes a big difference. If you're going to buy a Toyota (or Hyundai), go to Prestige in Kingston, and ask for Dave Marrine.
