This is a horrible store... The store Manager has a bad attitude and no idea how to run a business. I went in to the store to get a new phone they didn’t have the phone I wanted no big deal I just got a different phone but she couldn’t even figure out how to help me transfer my pictures over the manager and employees were to busy talking Bad about another employee

Maybe "MountainGirl" had the wrong spot? There are 3 Verizon stores near each other. This one is right on Route 9W, IN FRONT OF Kings Mall. My experience here was BAD. The other VerizonWireless (1300) is IN THE Hudson Valley Mall [they have good reviews.] The 3rd is "Cellular Connection" (1131) almost across the street. My sales clerk insisted he had no plans as cheap as my chat homework showed. He got snotty when I told him about my conflicting info (I had a screen shot to prove it). I asked for a manager who also said the VerWireless.com folks were wrong. I asked if he could call VerWireless.com & he said they don’t communicate with them. WOW! The reason I went here is their name! I left, went home, got online and got what I wanted. It took longer to get my things, but I saved big. The store folks said the cheapest plan for my crew was $80 more/month than the online folks! That’s $960/yr I saved by walking out. Go here if you need a charger; but not if you need honesty.
