Picked up my 2 pies and wings at 9 something. We didn't get to eat until like 10 something. When we opened the pepperoni box half the crust was thin and black (burnt) the other half was just burnt. Trying to eat it was like eating a brick. The middle of the pizza was good but from the middle to the end forget about it. We had to throw most of the pizza out it was very dry and hard. I looked up the number again saw they close at 10. To late unfortunately. I called the next day and spoke to the owner explained my disappointment. He asked why didn't I call yesterday. I told him the internet said you close at 10 and he said well I was here until 1030. Then he says usually we give a free pie if someone is not satisfied but I will just give you 20%off your next order. My jaw dropped. Lol NEVER AGAIN. That was my first and last time ordering from there. Even though I wasn't looking for a free pie. A free pie would've help him redeem himself. If he thinks Im going to waste my money again he is crazy. For all I know that's every single one of his pizzas taste. I will be returning to picnic pizza. They never failed me. And if I knew I could've took a pic I would've.
They are awesome! Food is great and the owners and wait staff are incredibly friendly. It feels like family
Horrible, terrible! I live right around the corner and this was my second time ordering from 440. I thought the first time perhaps they were just busy. Same experience. Cold pizza, cut unevenly, no plates despite request and rude employees. I would not order from them ever again. Completely unprofessional.
Amazing food, amazing customer service. The owner is a great guy and puts his soul into everything he makes.
Was shopping at Burlington and stopped in for a quick bite at teranova and was pleasantly suprized how good the pizza was! Great atmosphere !! I definatly will be back
PIZZA GR8..DA SUB,MOBIL MAKE A BETTER SANDWICH
I have to travel a lot for work and I find it best sometime to get the best food by just asking some random person for the best food in town. Today my adventures took me to savonas plaza pizza and has to be on the the best stops I have made in a long time great people great environment and great food they were quick but still took there time with me this will most definitely be a stop I make again
I absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh and incredible!!
If you visit Kingston NY and don't eat here you are a fool. This is 3 1/2 star Italian at a 2 star price. I mean top notch and still casual folks. Every single thing that came out of the kitchen was unbelievable. The atmosphere is good for a romantic date or for families looking go out for a great meal. The portions are copious, the service was impeccable and the cannolis were to die for. We went out here on a wednesday night and it was still pretty busy, so that just proves my point that this is probably the best restuarant on the Rondout Creek and in Kingston for that matter. The owner Stephen should be proud to be a dining pillar of the Hudson Valley. I come from an Italian family and we are tough food critics, Savona's wow'ed all of us which is nearly impossible. We had such a great time that I plan on reccomend this to all my friends in Greene County. I'm guessing that towards the end of the week you had better have a reservation becasue people must flock in numbers to this Northern Italian Style gem.
my food was never delivered as the tracker had stated it had been. when i called the store i was told it would be there shortly. 15 minutes later and i still had not received my pizza. I again called the store and was told it would be there shortly, upon mentioning i had been told that i was told the rainy weather was causing everything to be late all the while the pizza tracker was stating the food had been delivered aroun3:20. so i canceled my order and demanded my money back due to this poor service.
