Oscar was amazing!
Bought my Subaru Outback from here and love it! If you need a Subaru, this is the place to go. Great bunch of guys!
I've bought two cars now from Qualls Motor Company and have had great luck with both! Great people to work with. Highly recommend!!
I bought my 1st car from Qualls in March for $3,228. It broke down after 6 months of buying it and I even had to put in over $1,000 in fixes within 6 months. I asked for a reliable car that would be safe for my little family and would get us to work every day and get my 1 year old daughter to her appointments. He said it was a great car and that there was nothing wrong with it. There is a ton of things wrong with it and it was not reliable. He wouldn't even offer to do anything about it besides hook it up to his diagnostics. I already had it checked and know what's wrong with it. Transmission amung $700 worth of other things..I don't have $3,200 to throw around and now I will need to buy another car again in March with another tax return. It's safe to say I won't be buying anything else from Qualls and I will urge every one else I know not to either. I got ripped off.
Very quick response and very nice
My experience was pretty streamlined. I wanted to replace my previous vehicle, a 2006 Pontiac Vibe, (310,000 miles, and still going) with another one with less mileage. I saw that HD Motors had a 2007 with 98,000 miles listed on CarsforSale.com. As I live 2 hrs. away, our correspondence was online, and we agreed on a price I was comfortable with. They responded to inquiries quickly. Before we made the trip, we confirmed with them that the car was still available, without a deposit being required. Upon inspection and test drive, we bought the car with a certified check. The salesman, Gordon, agreed to repair a small trim piece on site. Paperwork was completed quickly, with NO RIDICULOUS EXTRA CHARGES LIKE "DOC FEES". I was pleased with the purchase.
You guys was awesome Great service
if I could give them a 0 I would. my kids car blew up and their backs were against the wall, and they are young so they were first time buyers. Don't buy from these people they are selling trash. They don't inspect their cars before buying, they took advantage of the kids, knowing full well this was a new experience for them. The car they bought as is has had and still ongoing problems, have already had it in the shop 4 times and the mechanic stated that the car was on its last leg and could blow up any day now, they have had to pour money in it so they could get back and forth to work, and they can't pay their rent, utilities their need based bills. The second day they got it one of the belts broke while driving down the highway and first choice sent their mechanic out and charged them an additional 70 dollars. There are so many things wrong with this car. It is a matter of human decency and morals and these people have none!!
Great and honest salesman named Oscar
