new to area....Cabbies charge you according to what area you're at, then where you're going. minimum charge for to pick up was $10 ! Ended up paying $16 for a 1 mile ride!!Taxi looked like it had been through a war zone.

The $14 fare I paid to go one mile to the Shell station and back home was fine UNTILL.. THE DRIVER FOLLOWED ME AND MY TWO UNDERAGE DAUGHTERS (14 and 17) AROUND THE STORE TELLING US TO HURRY THE ENTIRE 8 MINUTES WE WERE IN THERE (yes, 8 measly minutes including checkout) BECAUSE HIS BOSS WAS FUSSING AT HIM. $14 is high, but i thought it was a small price to pay after dark when the alternative would be dangerous (a woman and 2 very attractive teenage girls walking up Stone Drive...at night), so I didn't mind paying that price. However, he embaressed me inside the store in front of other customers and made my girls feel VERY uncomfortable. When we got back home the only word they could think of to describe the driver was 'CREEPY'. THEY BOTH SAID THEY WOULD RATHER WALK NEXT TIME!!! How about I just use a different company next time... Citicab said they will make the roundtrip for $10 with no harrassment.

Had no idea where I was. He's not from here. He's from Texas. Had to give him street by street directions to get to me. Then I had to give him street by street directions to where I was going. He uses his girlfriends car and calls it a taxi. The car is small and smells like baby diapers. Then he lights a cigarette then asked me if I minded after he lit it. Quotes me $7 over the phone then charges me $18 for a 2.5 mile trip from downtown kingsport. A 5 min ride. Even arrow charges less than this joke for a cab. Call anybody but this guy.

Called them and told them where I was which coincidentally is just a few miles from them and asked for a pickup and he told me he didn't know where that was. REALLY!!!!!! How do you call your self a cab company!!!!!

Almost run over by supposed "owner" of company while riding a bicycle at an intersection in downtown Kingsport this morning, all the while he was motioning me to continue into the path in front of his oncoming vehicle. He then nearly missed pedestrians at the Food City where he was headed, then upon calling the company to complain; spoke to the "owner" who was actually the operator of the dangerously driven cab, who lied about having passengers in the vehicle he was "about to drop off" and would need five minutes to do so; all a lie, because I witnessed the two previous passengers exit the vehicle at the Food City, with no other occupants entering, and was able to see the empty cab as he pulled away.Please; for the safety of you, and all other people who could be in danger while he is on the road, avoid this service.
