Overall

There was a miscommunication in the begining about if power was needed, I was told that as soon as the power was on he would come clean the house asap even if he had to come after hours. I called the day the electric was turned on but had to wait for an appointment three days later. I asked about payment and was told I didn't have to pay until services were rendered but because I wasn't going to be there I paid over the phone two days before. The day before the appointment I canceled because the pipes were busted in the whole house due to the harsh freeze and had to have plumbers out to fix the plumbing and didn't want them tracking mud all over. Nowhere on their website does it say there would be a cancelation fee, but I accepted it and was told I would get a refund that following monday. The refund never showed and I had to deal with my CC agency to dispute a charge for a service I never recieved. I just recieved the refund from my CC company and I have to wait for a new card. I waited two weeks before I called my CC company but I did not think I needed to call again for a refund.
