Very unprofessional when I talked to a man whom I presume to be Robert Brents. I was calling about a relative of mine that just passed away. He was behind in his rent. I don't know about that part of the rental discussion. I was calling to ask a question and I got cussed very badly and Mr. Brents said he didn't give a s#@! about him being dead. He continued to tell me someone came by there Friday. I don't know who it was and why they came there, the only person that has the right to Brian's business is his sister which he said he didn't give a s#@! about either. I then told him I was gonna report him to the BBB to which he said he didn't give a #*@! I thought he was very rude and it was terrible the comments that he made. All I was wanting was to see about getting some personal stuff from the place. Apparently he doesn't take his business very seriously when talking to people other than renters.

Home ownership was initially a 5-year plan for my husband and I. We never would have dreamed that in April, we would be viewing the house that we could call home. Never say never, because then came along Dave Grace, one of the finest Realtors we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Dave took the time to get to know us and our vision. After a few viewings that were initially ones that would give my husband and I ideas of "what we were looking for", Dave called us to say, "I think I have found your house. Let's meet up tomorrow!" As they say, the rest is history. This house happened to be the perfect size for us, the ideal layout, at the right price point, and most importantly...it was in the neighborhood behind our apartment where my husband and I would take our evening walks and runs. We always talked about how nice it would be to live there one day. Thanks to Dave, we don't have to imagine any more!We closed on May 10th, & are now proud homeowners. An A+, low-stress experience!
