Firstly, I specifically asked what I was going to have to pay that day. I was told I was only going to have to pay for the taxes of the phone so then I agreed. Then I was blind sided with a "Set-up fee". Which is a huge joke, I didn't have a set up fee when I ordered the phone online, and he could have ASKED ME if I wanted him to set it up for me and that it costs anything. Because I am perfectly capable of setting it up myself. Then he mentions a free tablet since I'm buying a phone, I asked what that entails and he jokes about it just being one dollar but he'll cover that and that it's just 20/month for the line fee which I agreed to, completely failed to mention the 40 dollar activation fee that also came with it. I was already aware of the activation fee for the phone but he never said anything about it for the tablet. It was a lot of run around and misinformation all so he could make a sale. He didn't disclose half of the information that I specifically asked for, so let's just say I'll be doing the rest of my business online with verizon like I did with my first phone. That way there is no surprises and it shows me an overage of my next bill and what it entails unlike this salesman did. Definitely displeased. Then on top of it all, he seemed put off by my reaction to what I was being charged to that day like he didn't completely blind-side me. Not great customer service, the upsale was more pushy, and aggressive and all around uncomfortable experience.

You guys are plain stupid. Asking me for an ID with my address on it when I had a passport. Newsflash scrawny Mr. Clean, if you can buy it online without ID why can't you sell it to me in the store.
