        This is by far the most unprofessional establishment I've ever been at. The dealers are rude and extremely uneducated about their cars and services. When asked to see warranty information they refuse to give it and make you call the ford customer service help line. The mechanics are just as bad as the dealers, they don't have a clue what they are talking about. I know more about them and I've never been trained on cars a day of my life. Something as simple as checking tire pressure is like rocket science to these guys. If you didn't buy the car from them then they will treat you horribly. I highly advise anybody and everybody to never go to this dealership. Take a 15 minute drive and go to Yulee, FL. Trust me it'll be more worth your time. These guys are crooks trying to screw you out of services which they are supposed to follow. (I.e. vehicle warranty)

        This is the absolute worse dea...

        This is the absolute worse dealership I have ever seen. The mechanics, if you can call them that are incompetant morons. A window would not work in my new truck, and after having a loner for two weeks, the window would still not work, and they disabled the door locks. They advertise big locally, and suck in the poor military kids, but you would be better off going to a reputable dealer either in Brunswick or Yulee.
