        WARRANTY NOT UPHELD

        I BROUGH A TIRE IN TO HAVE IT REPLACED DUE TO CLEARLY ROAD HAZARD DAMMAGE THE HAS A HUGE SCREW CLOSE TH THE SIDE WALL THAT RUINED THE TIRE.

        i HAD A WOMAN AND A KID CHECK IT OUT AND WITHOUT SHOWING WHILE THE AIR WAS IN THE TIRE THEY BROKE IT DOWN AND CAME OUT TO TELL ME IT WAS FROM HITTING A CURB !!!! ARE THEY CRAZY ???? A CURB ??? I HAVE ALREADY HAD MY TIRE CHECKED OUT WHEN IT WENT FLAT SO I KNEW DANG WELL IT WAS NOT A CURB DAMMAGED TIRED AT ALL,I GRABBED MY TIRE THAT STILL HAS THE SCREW IN IT AND MY RIM CAUSE THEY REFUSED TO REPAIR IT UNDER WARRANTY TRYING TO TELL ME A LINE OF B/S.I TOOK MY TIRE TO TWO OTHER TIRE COMPANIES TO GET OPINIONS AND THEY ONLY HAD TO LOOK AT IT TO SEE IT WAS IN NO DOUBT ROAD HAZZARD AND THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO PULL ONE ON ME.

        I PLAN ON GOING TO THE GOODYEAR AT THE AIRPORT,AND WRITING A CERTIFIED LETTER TO GREATWESTERN TO REPAIR WITHIN FIVE DAYS OR I WILL GET IT DONE BY SOMEONE ELSE AND TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR THE COST AND MY TIME.

        I RATE GREATWESTERN VERY LOW CLASS COMPANY THAT HAD NO PROBLEM WHEN I TOOK MY TRUCK,CARS ETC AND PAID THEM ALOT OF MONEY,BUT NOW TRYING TO GET THEM TO UPHOLD A WARRANTY AND THEY FAIL LIKE A DOLLAR STORE TIRE SERVICE.

        I WILL NOT BACK DOWN TILL ITS TAKEN CARE OF.
