If you sign a month to month contract, then tell them you want to opt out, they continue to bill you. Then they tell you they have no record of you wanting to stop your membership. Then the month you didn't pay for because you cancelled your membership? Well they can't cancel your membership until you pay that. Also, the person you talked to last month was wrong, they can't stop your membership until after that month is paid (did we mention the late fee, and the fee because your credit card didn't work because we entered the wrong info), and you have to personally drive here and sign paperwork. Then we will cancel your membership. Oh and that special where it was month to month? That is a joke, you will have to pay at least 30 more days.
