Was in the market for a mid size and found a Sonata Hybrid at Swanty. I was impressed with the car and the dealership as a whole so made the purchase. The service department is top notch and couldn't be happier with the "43.5" average MPG I get with this car.

Went in to look for a newer used car, the sales lady showed us a 2014 Cadillac SRX, really liked the car so we set down to deal on the car. After a while she had to go see another customer and a young man came over. We argued price for quite a while and after 3-4 hours we made a deal. I had told the salesman that I wanted a tank of gas as my trade in was just filled up. When we came to pick up the car it only had 1/8 tank of gas. The salesman said that was all the manager would let him give us. I asked again and he talked to the manager and came back and said sorry. I went to the manager and said, OK the deal is off, give us our car. He said kind of rude, "Chill man, it's only a little gas". They gave us a tank of gas and we left, they have never called or contacted us to even see if we like the car or if we have any questions. Will not deal there again.
I was in the market for a new Hyundai Veloster. I checked Swanty's website and only saw an orange one which I didn't want. I emailed them and Nick White (sales) told me they also had a white one and a silver Veloster ON THEIR LOT, but not shown on their site. After emails and phone calls back and forth between Nick and myself I set an appointment to check out these two cars the next day. I drove up to Kingman only to be told that no, they only had the orange car, but when a different color came in they'd deliver it to me. What? That was not the plan. What a waste of time/gas. This is no way to do business. Talk about "bait and switch"! (I later got an email from Nick saying the white one sold before I came. How can that be? We emailed the night before when setting the appointment and I was there first thing in the morning.) Wish I could give them 0 stars, but that's not an option.
