So happy I found this store Philly Pinoy Grocery in King of Prussia. I finally got what I was looking for a long time. Lady's Choice Tuna Spread and Sisig. But wait.. They really have lots of Filipino products that I couldn't even imagine. I will be your best customer.
Wow, staff was sooo rude. I went in to see if they could repair my Gucci handbag that has some minor tearing (it's an older bag). They rudely said they would have to see the bag and there was no way for them to give me an answer. it wasn't what they said, it was the way they said it, especially this one woman in particular. I also went to look at the shoes and there was a guy standing right there but did not ask me if I needed help or anything. When I told my mom about the experience, she explained to me that because I wasn't going in to buy something new, they weren't really interested in me. Still, they should stand behind their brand and help anyone that has invested in Gucci. Obviously, the items were beautiful though.
Just passed by this grocery store in King of Prussia got excited coz they have hot food to go or eat in..The food is awesome to top with that they have lots of Filipino products..thanks for opening a Filipino store. I love your store!!!
Unreliable. We placed a large order for a party, and were told they could deliver it to our home. The day before the party they told us they could not deliver it, but it would be ready for pickup by 11:30. That would require at least 90 minutes of my time (round-trip driving), a major inconvenience while I was preparing for the party, but we decided we could make it work. Then *the morning of the party* they sent a text saying the food won't be ready by 11:30, but would be ready between 12:00 and 12:30. That was cutting it very close or us (the party was to begin at 1:30), but still possible. When I arrived at the store 12:00 I was told that the food would NOT be ready by 12:30, but *might* be ready by 1:00. So, I waited in the store for over an hour and was told again and again that they are on their way (apparently the food is prepared elsewhere). The food finally arrived at 1:15 (almost 2 hours later than the original agreement), with very little apology, and VERY little concession for my inconvenience. They gave us one dish for free, which amounted to a roughly 3% discount on a $650 order. Meanwhile our guests were already arriving at our house with no food and no host, and I still had to drive 45 minutes to get there.We will not be using their services again, and we will be telling every Filipino we know how poorly we were treated.
