I came here one day at the king of prussia, PA location and we had a terrible experience. I will, never again go to the Lush at this location and believe the customer service is terrible--we have called corporate & told them so. I came armed with a lot of money in my wallet, and planning on spending a lot on soaps and bath bombs. I came with two other people, who were planning on buying small items before going into the store. We entered the store and they had big buckets of water set up near all the displays, and a lady next to us had dropped a bath bomb into the water. Well common sense--a big empty bucket of water just sitting there next to the display. I immediately thought oh okay it's there incase we want to try something before we buy. And I put a bath bomb in. The rudest employee ever with blue hair came over and screamed at us. He asked us to leave the store. I told him "can I please just buy my stuff and then leave, if you want you can take it to the register" (The way he talked it was like we were planning on stealing, I was planning on spending a lot of money, and truly, just wanted my stuff.) and he said no you need to leave now give me all your stuff. I was floored. It is so misleading and aside from that, fine, if you believe someone is misusing something and you are P'Oed, but to turn down paying customers and tell them that they cannot buy the stuff that's in their hands and then take it from them and usher them out--what a terrible employee. It really put a bad taste in my mouth for LUSH, and now I will only buy online. As a matter of fact, after that experience I went on LUSH online and ordered a bunch of products, but never again will I buy in store from them. And I don't know if their dumb or what, but how misleading to put big empty buckets of water right next to bath and body displays--any person that walks in is going to think oh okay it's a tester, we can try it once before we buy. But seriously, I have never been yelled at so harshly before by any retail employee---I worked in customer service for years and would never talk to someone that way. If this was an employee, he should be terminated. If this was a manager, he still should be terminated. We did call corporate and spoke to a nice lady. But now when anyone mentions LUSH, we just mention our experience...and we spread the word. For the way they treated us, this store location does not deserve any good reviews.
check prices - total rip off
Worst experience. Every employee rushes up to you in the store even after you tell them you just came in to smell and that you arent interested. They shove scents in your face till you cant smell anymore, then pressure you into buying things by offering discounts. Oh, and if you want to return the product YOU DID NOT WAJT TO BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE, keep in mind the no return policy they fail to tell you about. This store sucks and is overpriced. Go somewhere else where they actually give you time to browse. They dont even deserve one star.
