Terrible service, sent my cat home 2hrs after surgery my cat was walking all wobbly. Wouldn't see my dog after he was bitten by a rattlesnake because we didn't have a appointment.

Dr Chaney and staff are wonderful, he opened up more than once for me after hrs, saved my dog from a bone that was stuck and my cat who was having trouble breathing, did X Rays explained everything to us , the whole staff has and always is wonderful. wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my puppy's first visit to the Vet for shots and a check up. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and welcoming. She explained the "Puppy Package" and how much money that would save. When I got in to see Dr. Cheney, he was gentle and patient with my puppy and spent the extra time with her when I voiced additional concerns. When we were finished, the office staff put together my puppy package items as well as the meds that my puppy would need. They were efficient and helpful. I am very appreciative of their kindness. I'm looking forward to our next visit.

does this vet even like animals?

I brought my very sweet & loving 3 yr old cat in for a vaccine booster and nail clipping. The first thing I noticed was the clinic was not clean and smelled of animal urine. The staff was not friendly and tho the office was empty when I arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, I was made to wait 40 minutes for The very Dr Cheney to see my cat. He barely touched my cat and when he did he was rough and never spoke to her. then he immediately tried to talk me into having blogs panel work, even tho my cat is in great health and shows no signs of illness. The reason he gave was to "get a look-see". When I said no Cheney became visably aggitated and asked what I was feeding my cat. He told me that this was a "lousy brand" and started selling me on a very expensive line of food it just so happens he sells in the office. He jumped around so much it was hard to keep up with what he was talking about. Finally I interrupted and asked if he would mind giving my cat the vaccine I came for and please clip her nails. He then said he sees allot of pet owners and its always "sad" when he comes across one who "neglects" his pet. He then shook his head at me in discuss and tks me he would be sending in his assistant to take case of the injection and clipping. I finally went to pay on my way out and the receptionist continued to try to sell me pet food. Timothy Cheney is the worst most greedy very I have ever known. I have one star because I had no problem parking. no one was there.

When I was living in King City, KC vet was a great place to take my dog. Dr. Chaney is very friendly and nice, so are the receptionist. Prices are very low and they even have days when you only pay for shots.
I moved to another town, but vowed to find a vet like Dr. Chaney!!
Take your pet here they are great!!!!
