I owned this product so far for a month and has been doing great. Excellent performance, consistently hot water and great energy savings. I installed it my self and I have a few tips: Make sure you use #6 electric cable, it's the recommended and safer cable width. You will need three cables and a 60 amp breaker. For the water pipes. You will NOT need any water heater hose. You only need to adapt the house water pipes to the heater with pressure fitting (which are included with the water heater) make sure that after you install all, BUT before feeding the heater with electricity, open all the house hot and cold water faucets to remove all the air inside the pipes. THEN, feed it with the electricity. After this you will be amazed by its performance.
This company was recommended by a friend. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and immediately set me up with a time for the following day. I was given a two-hour window of 8-10a.m. Mark arrived shortly before 10a.m. he introduced himself and had me show him all the problems. Then He got right to work. Said He might neek to go out for a part, but He had it on the truck. Finished in the time He had estimated, but said the laundry room stoppage was dur to a problem in the pipes under the floor and gave me an estimate for that repair. The best part, He cleaned up after himself and was very polite.

Amazingly small and efficient so far. Only installed 3 weeks ago but performing just as advertised for a small home of 3 people with 1 and 1/2 baths. No shortage of hot water and the space you get in return from a traditional heater is tremendous. Should save on electricity bill but waiting to get next bill after install. I would recommend this unit or whatever size you need for your use.
This thing is tiny but it works great! It installed without a hitch and only takes about 15 seconds to get hot water. There's still a tiny dip in temperature if you're in the shower and someone flushes but it quickly recoups. I love taking long showers and this thing has never run out of hot water. Wish I'd gotten one of these instead of the big tank heater in my old house!
This product has worked flawlessly since day one. Our electric bill has consistently been ~10% lower since install back in February of 2015, so it's probably paid for itself already. I also definitely recommend getting a good contractor to perform the electrical work (which is where the majority of the cost will be for the install).
Thank you for your help when I was at my sister's, Pat Henderson's home. Honesty and integrity are not always found in business today. It was nice to know that we could count on you to do what was needed. Your kind and Christ-like spirit was manifested in your attitudes. Thank you!
Great! The dispatcher called me when the plumber was on his way, so I didn't have to waste time waiting. The plumber was able to diagnose the problem right away and repaired it on the spot. Would definitely call them back.
To Mark and Ernesto, It makes a hugh differnce to work with true professional people, and that's what you are. We were lucky to have a great team to help us with our bathroom remodeling. Thanks a lot! Lorna & Chris
