Been dealing with this company for 2 years it started out good paid off an Xbox one with them but then there customer service started getting really sloppy and the staff was not comunicating , new employees coming in had no product knowledge I would call and make a payment over the phone but they couldn't run my card even though it had over 1,000 on the card so I had to make trips to the store just to make the payment , then one time I came to the store to tell them I was having an issue with my product , they said they would fix it so I made a payment in the store and the next day they called my families house looking for me and leaving notes on my door asking me when am I going to make a payment which I did the day before come to find out they out my payment on someone else's account , and they are charging me more interest than they should , the people there sucks , the entire staff has change but this new staff are a bunch of idiots

I paid account off early in full but had need for some mattresse and dresser and question about a bed and I was told couldn't get markdown furniture when just paid off a reduced furniture account with them. I was also told if I paid account would automatically get a month free. I had $25 credit on account and I was told I had to use that to get my second purchase. Let me give some if my knowledge have on customer service. When you tell a customer you are going to do something do it. Never raise your voice to a customer, but let them vent out and at the same time you are thinking about how you are going to resolve issue. Your concern should be the customer. They pay your bills. Most of the worker were very nice, but because the manager as the power to??They follow the leader. I counciled my order in Monday when the store called me to tell me that they couldn't accommodate my desire to have my pmnt date on the 15th. We just made a agreement for that..That was the managers doing...My advice is document everything and keep confirming the order back to the store. Gave the manager constructive criticism and she didn't appreciate that. As a customer I have a right to complain if feel violated. If I was an soldier this would of never happened...Military town and the city caters to them. I will never go into that store again...As long as that manager is there. Don't blame others in store the workers were very nice to me. The manager exhibited bad work ethics...
I used to love Buddys at the Temple location. I been a loyal customer for 4 years. I have paid for everything and they never had to come to my door. After changing management i called one day to tell them i might be a few day late on some payments because my husband was diagnosed with cancer and i would be the only person in the household working. The new manager spent my whole 15 minute break telling me about how it was unacceptable and they came to my door. I have already puchased almost $ 10,000 worth of furniture in 4 years. I felt it was unfair because asking 3 extra days should have never been a problem. So started paying off everything and they tried to encourage me to make new purchases. I REFUSE TO BUY FROM THE TEMPLE BUDDYS UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT.I WILL SHOP ELSEWHERE.~~no stars from me.

They came right out, the fridge needed to have some work done to it so the delivery guy brought me a new fridge to use until mine was fixed. They came out so quick that I was able to save all the groceries, which is a big deal when you have 3 kids! It is so nice to know that if something breaks and my husband is off, that Buddy's will come fix it. It gives him piece of mind too. One less thing for him to worry about.
Got a 60" LG Smart TV for a low wkly price!I needed a new TV for football season, so I went to Buddy's because they have the lowest prices in town. Their prices were lower than rent-a-center's. Because of their flexible payment plans I was able to get a NEW 60" LG Smart Plasma at a great price! It's way better than lay-a-way or any of that because I get to use the TV as I'm paying for it. The employees were really helpful! Buddy's is great!
Great Customer Service! Helped me through a tough time...Last November I went to Buddy's because I needed a heater. The store manager, Adrian showed me about ten different fireplaces. They had a big selection and great prices. I ended up getting a beautiful fireplace, a sectional and a fridge. Over the past year Buddy's has been great to work with! My son broke his arm last month, and with his medical bills I fell behind on my furniture payments. I had never been late on a payment before....Buddy's was very understanding. They worked with me to workout a new payment plan so that I could keep my stuff. They even gave my son a Buddy's Balloon when came in to make a payment today. It made his day! Thank you Adrian & Buddy's! You're a great
I went to Buddy's because I'm a single Mom on a budget and they had the best price in town for a new TV. I will use them again because of how helpful the employees were. They were great! Very easy to work with. They delivered the TV right to my apartment the same day. Then, they even hooked it up for me! They were very helpful! TV is GREAT!
Not Military friendly at all. Management rude and no people skills. They also advertise that they will beat Rent A Center s prices, but when you show them they just tell you to go rent at the other place. I would give them 0 stars but this system will not allow.
