I have been coming to this salon since the 80's. My 25 year old son got his first haircut here. I moved out of the area and recently moved back. I was so excited to get my hair done here again. I WILL NOT return. The store was filthy with dried, unknown substances on the floor and workstations. The workstation in front of me had hair that had stuck to some nasty pool of "stuff" on one of the drawers. The "stylist" washed my hair with ice cold water and when I said something, I was told that was how she did it. When she was washing my hair, I felt like she was pulling the hair out of my head. My highlights are almost orange and the "red" in some parts is maroon. The stylist was "Lettiah" and I had been told she was a senior stylist - found out she had been there for two years. I am not just disappointed. I am disgusted and angry.

I enjoy coming to get my hair done with Sally. Sally is very nice and always listens to what I want to do with my hair. Sally seems to be very kind and caring. All of the other staff is very welcoming and the staff seem to get a long very well. It's hard these days to pay for haircuts or other things so I'm sure there are times that people don't always come in however I have been telling all my friends about Sally and JcPenny's hair salon. Sally is a huge asset to JcPenny's and when you have someone like this it's nice that I know when I call she will be there and to know she has not gone somewhere else. Sally is a keeper! I worked at JcPenny's about 20 ish years ago and some of my friends worked in the hair salon so it's nice to come back to Tx and come back to the salon and find warm friendly people! BTW my mom gets her haircut by Sally too and she loves her haircut each time.

Ever since moving to Killeen I have gone to only one salon to have my hair done and Ms. Lori is the best!! The front desk ladies are kind and helpful.

Good quality and good prices on cloths. Just keep up with the sales.
