Extremely poor service. Scheduled an appointment more than a week in advance, was given a 4-Hour window for the technician to show up, waited for 4 hours on my day off for the technician to never show up, called in to try to find out what was going on, the garbage automated phone system they force you to use does not offer you an option to talk to a live representative to resolve an issue, and it was only through going through the online chat I was able to get a hold of anyone, which point I was informed the technician had been sick. Like, you can't text or call someone to at least let them know that so they don't waste their day waiting on you? On top of that, their address is not legitimate and they are not at the location listed. Definitely go with a different business in your area for appliance repairs. Extremely poor customer service.
The technician kept in touch with us at all times on the date the part would ship and when the service was scheduled. It was a remote area so it was important as we had to meet him. He went above and beyond in troubleshooting the mower and then being sure that it was working as it should be before leaving. He was amazing@
The technician didn't talk to me and explain anything that he was doing. I asked him to tell me everything about the service and come back and asked my permission to service anything beyond the 129 maintenance inspection. I asked him how much it will cost to add the Freon to my air conditioner and told me three times it wont be much. The service was 250 not including the 30 dollars for Freon. When I told him not to he said he already did it. I would like for him to be more upfront with me .
